Meet our Amazing Providers

K.A.E. McCrory, DO, FAAP

In 1986, Dr. McCrory completed her B.S. in Occupational Therapy at Texas Woman’s University. For the next several years, she enjoyed being a pediatric O.T. However, she felt God calling her to make a change to further her knowledge and service to children.

In 1995, she successfully completed her Medical School education at UNTHSC, earning her D.O. degree. The next 3 years were spent in Little Rock, AR completing her pediatric residency at Arkansas Children’s Hospital.

In 1998, she moved to Longview with her family. Ever since, she has been serving the community through clinic work, hospital work, and community service events. She is affiliated with both Longview Regional Medical Center and Christus Good Shepherd Medical Center.

When her patients are anxious about mistakes or their future, she enjoys sharing her story of how a one time “art major” eventually became a doctor. She uses that story, as well as other life experiences, to let them know it is okay to make mistakes. At times, God can and will change our lives. Our job is to open our hearts, listen, trust, and follow his path for us. It is not always easy, but it has been and continues to be a truly amazing journey.
